The 6 Types of Working Genius, developed by Patrick Lencioni, is a powerful framework designed to help teams identify their unique strengths and improve collaboration. It categorizes individuals into six distinct types: Genius of Wonder (W), who excels at brainstorming and generating new ideas; Genius of Discernment (D), skilled at evaluating ideas and making informed decisions; Genius of Completion (C), who thrives on implementing and executing plans; and Genius of Enablement (E), who provides the support and encouragement necessary for success. Understanding these roles helps teams leverage each member’s strengths, streamline workflow, and achieve greater results. The consultants delivering this training are certified by Patrick Lencioni, ensuring a high level of expertise and authenticity in applying the model to drive team performance.
