  • To advance the mission of their organization, Executive Leaders know the importance of developing responsibility-centered leaders. To support the development of leaders, the National Center offers two approaches: a Leadership Academy, and stand-alone Professional Learning Trainings.

Both approaches utilize the DiSC-related research and reports as a foundation, to ensure that leaders are aware of the impact of their leadership style on those they work for and with. Each learning approach is customized, based on the interests of the Superintendent/CEO and the needs of the organization, school district, or charter school.
